Never remove the door when the appliance is hot.
1.
After removing and reinstalling the door (see
“door removal” section), the door may not be
level. In this case, door adjustment may be
necessary.
2.
To align the door, loosen the set screws. Rotate
the hinge pins clockwise or counter-clockwise
to raise or lower the opposite end of the door.
Tighten the set screw.
3.
Ensure the door latch closes and engages
properly.
Door adjustment is strictly trial and error; you
may need to perform this adjustment a few
times until the desired door angle is attained.

Allen Key Size:
1/8”
This hinge pin is an offset cam, which means it can move the door away from or closer to the fi rebox face,
either creating a gap between it and the door gasket or making the door fi t too tight. Adjust accordingly.
