8. TROUBLESHOOTING
A trained electrician must perform all maintenance works.
Before maintenance, the power supply to the stove must be disconnected from the fuse board.
NOTE! In case of a fault, the stove is switched off. Establish the cause of the fault.
Problem or symptom
Detailed description and possible solution
- The sensor circuit is open or the sensor missing.
Check sensor connection.

- The sensor is short-circuited.
Check sensor connection.
- Overheating protection tripped/disconnected. Tripped
overheating protection can be reset in the temperature
sensor. A hard press is required for the reset.
- Displayed on the control unit screen. An abnormal tempe-
rature variation, the stove has stopped heating. Turn off
the stove from the control unit and check the stove sur-
roun dings for anything that does not belong there.
- Door switch open.
The stove does not start or abnormal operation.
- Check the fuses.
- Check that the control power switch of the power unit (or
stove) is ON. Check switch functionality by pressing it
between the positions a few times.
- The stove control unit display does not work. The fuse on
the circuit board protecting the stove control electronics
may have blown. The fuse protects the stove against
mains disturbances. The warranty does not cover
blowing of the fuse as a result of external disturbances.
- The control unit cable is damaged or poor contact of
control unit connections.
The stove warms up poorly.
- Check the fuses.
- Check whether the stove temperature has not been set
too low.
- Excessive sauna ventilation or incorrect exhaust air duct
location.
- Check the placement of stove stones; re-stack the
stones to ensure air circulation.
- Make sure all the heating elements heat up. The
elements should be red-hot in some time after switching
on the heating. Do not touch the heating elements.
- If necessary, remove a few stones from the stove surface
for a better view of the elements.
- Check if the thermostat is in order (~10kΩ/25°C,
terminals B1 and B2).
A blown fuse in the electrical panel.
- Check if the connection cable and fuse match the stove
power (Table 1).
- Incorrectly connected electric heating control function.
- Short-circuit in the stove, for example, a faulty heating
element.
Lining panels near the stove turn dark.
- Check the safety distances.
- Check the placement of stones.
- Check the temperature sensor location.
Control unit buttons function poorly.
- Name server connection failure. Connection is re-
attempted. If displayed repeatedly, check WiFi network
functionality, for example, strength.
