Install the device guide

 Before pluging in make sure the device turn 

off and set the speed button in “0” option.

Insert  the  beaters/dough-hooks  into  the 

mixer head & Make sure there are locked at 

the right place. 

)as shown in figure 1(

Plug in the appliance.

 Set the speed dial to the desired speed. 

The number »1« indicates the lowest speed 

and  the  number  »5«  indicates  the  highest 

speed.

The device is ready to use.

Notes 

• 

To mix the ingredient, such as, butter, cream, 

egg and etc, it’s better to put the ingredient in 

the kitchen space a few minutes before start

-

ing work so that they reach room temperature.

• 

Avoid mixing forzen food to prevent damage 

the device.

• 

It  is  better  to  use  low  speeds  to  mix  dry 

foods such as flour & sugar.

 When starting mix with the device. turn it the 

low speeds to avoid remove the food.

• 

Large  and  thick  mixtures  may  requires 

longer mixing time.

• 

The  thicker  the  mixture,  its  better  to  in

-

crease the speed.

• 

When the mixture reaches the desired con

-

centration,  turn  the  device  speed  control 

switch to the off »0«. 

• 

Do not work the device for more than 3 minutes

Note:

 

The turbo switch does not work when 

the speed button is in the »0« position. 

• 

To  disconnect  the  rods,  make  sure  the 

speed button is off »0«, unplug the plug. Then 

press the eject button to separate them. 

Note:

 Beater/dough hook rods can only 

be detached when the speed button is in 

the »0« position.
