MESSAGE FILE PLAY

Messages Play Sequentially and can be Timed

Models BMS2 & BMS3 only

When you

Condition the BGM SD

Card

using the BMS Control Program,

a MESSAGE folder is also created.

As

 BMS

 will only play Encrypted MP3

Files, all MP3 based Messages must

Filename beginning with a 3 digit
Numeric number from 001 to 250.

As a result, the BMS Control Program will only allow you to select and
transfer a Filename beginning with a 3 digit Numeric number from 001 to
250.

These 3 digits identify all Messages allowing them to be individually Time
Programmed. It will also allow you to set the order in which Messages play,
as BMS will play them in Numeric Order.

After the first 3 digits, the filename can consist of any other alphanumeric
characters. The program will not allow 2 filenames with the same first 3
digits to be loaded onto the card.

You SHOULD transfer Messages to the Flash Card using the appropriate
BMS Control Program, as it will automatically save them in the correct folder.

The program will also allow you to select MULTIPLE
Message Files with Numeric filenames from a single
folder by holding down the CTRL or SHIFT keys when
clicking on required Messages. When all files from
a folder have been selected, press the Send icon.
