IMPORTANT PROGRAMMING TIPS
for
MUSIC FOLDERS
TIP 1. Setting the STOP DATE for a MUSIC FOLDER and the
START DATE for a REPLACEMENT MUSIC FOLDER
When setting a STOP DATE for a MUSIC FOLDER and a START DATE for
a new MUSIC FOLDER, the CURRENT MUSIC FOLDER and the NEW
MUSIC FOLDER must have the same date for STOPPING and STARTING.
Eg: If MUSIC FOLDER 001 is set to stop on 30/11/15 and MUSIC FOLDER
002 is set to start on 1/12/15, this will result in NEITHER MUSIC FOLDER
playing on the 30/11/15
This is because Music Folder 001 will stop playing at 1 minute after midnight on 30/11/15
( unless a Stop Time has also been entered) and Music Folder 002 will not start to play until
1 minute after midnight on 1/12/15.
MUSIC FOLDER 001 stop date should be 1/12/15,
MUSIC FOLDER 002 start date should be 1/12/15.
Similarly, if MUSIC FOLDER 001 finishes at 7:59 each day and MUSIC
FOLDER 002 starts at 8:00 each day, then there will be a 1 minute period
from 7:59 to 8:00 where neither MUSIC FOLDER will play.
TIP 1 - When changing MUSIC folders, ensure :
the START and STOP DATES the SAME
the START and STOP TIMES the SAME
For the Current and Replacement Folders
