TIP 2. Setting a STOP DATE that is in a
DIFFERENT YEAR
to a START DATE.
When setting a STOP DATE for a MUSIC FOLDER and a START DATE for
a REPLACEMENT MUSIC FOLDER, that are in DIFFERENT YEARS, you
MUST specify the START YEAR and the STOP YEAR.
For instance, if you set a Christmas MUSIC FOLDER to START PLAY on 15
Dec of Every Year and to STOP PLAY on 10 January of Every Year, the
microprocessor will interpret that the START DATE of 15 Dec (current year)
is AFTER the STOP DATE of 10 Jan (current year) and so it will not start.
In this situation you need to specify the START and STOP YEARS.
Ie: set the Christmas MUSIC FOLDER to START PLAY on 15 Dec of 2015
and to STOP PLAY on 10 January of 2016.
TIP2 - When setting a STOP DATE that is in a different year to a START
DATE
always Enter the Start Year and the Stop Year.
TIP 3. Setting a MUSIC FOLDER where the STOP TIME is on
a
DIFFERENT DAY
to the START TIME.
To set a MUSIC FOLDER to play from 6PM to 8AM, you will need to load the
same file onto the SD card twice. You must also use a different number for each
MUSIC FOLDER.
You cannot set a MUSIC FOLDER to START at 18:00 and to STOP at 08:00,
because the microprocessor will always see the STOP TIME as BEFORE the
START TIME and it will not play.
You should set the 1st copy of the Folder to START PLAY at 18:00 to 24:00
You should set the 2nd copy of the Folder to START PLAY at 00:00 to 08:00
TIP 3 - When setting a FOLDER to Start before Midnight and then Stop
after Midnight, you will need to load and program the FOLDER Twice.
The second folder will need to have a different Folder Number.
