INSTALLATION PROCEDURE 

1. 

Connect the LINE 1 port of LINE  SELECTOR to your Main Telephone Line, 
using the supplied telephone line cable.

 

Note - LINE 1 should be your MAIN LINE. 

 

2. 

Connect LINE 2 port of LINE  SELECTOR to your Main Telephone Line, 
using the supplied telephone line cable.

 

Note - LINE 2 should be your ALTERNATIVE LINE. 

3. 

Connect your DEVICE, to the DEVICE port of LINE SELECTOR, using the 
telephone line cable supplied with it.

 

 

If your DEVICE is required to ANSWER incoming calls automatically, please 
ensure that it is set to the AUTO-ANSWER mode, and is set to ANSWER in the 
FEWEST POSSIBLE RINGS. 

 

4. 

Connect the supplied 12VD POWER ADAPTOR, to the POWER port of LINE 
SELECTOR and then switch the POWER ON. Line Selector can use a 
12VDC or 12VAC Power Adaptor, which provides a minimum of 300mA. 
Polarity is not important.
