Stań przodem do dziecka między jednym a 
drugim końcem chusty. Sprawdź, czy leżące na 
ziemi końce chusty są całkowicie od siebie 
oddzielone (czy nie są o siebie zaplątane).
Następnie krzyżując ręce, mocno i bezpieznie 
chwyć dziecko pod jego pachami wraz z 
brzegami chusty.

Połóż dziecko na bezpiecznym miejscu 
w poprzek chusty w okolicach środka 
jej długości. Górny brzeg chusty 
powinien znajdować się pod główką 
dziecka. 

Przytrzymując dziecko i chustę jedną ręką za ramię, druga ręką zmarszcz dolny brzeg chusty 
tak, aby sięgała aż do dołów podkolanowych dziecka. Głowa dziecka powinna znajdować się 
na wysokości Twojej szyi lub trochę wyżej. Na plecach dziecka tkanina powinna być gładko 
rozłożona. Nadmiar materiału powinien być zgromadzony między pupą a dołem 
podkolanowym dziecka. 

Ostrożnie podnieś dziecko wraz z chustą i delikatnie 
przenieś je na swoje plecy. Przy tej czynności należy 
pochylić się lekko do przodu. Kolejne czynności 
należy wykonywać przy wyprostowanych i 
pochylonych do przodu plecach. Do czasu nabrania 
wprawy chustę można także wiązać, siedząc na 
miękkiej kanapie.

Trzymając ramię dziecka jedną ręką, drugą ręką 
przełóż część chusty ponad swoim ramieniem. 
Następnie zmień rękę trzymającą dziecko i 
przełóż drugą część chusty nad drugim 
ramieniem.

“Wolną ręką" zablokuj jedną z części 
chust między swoimi kolanami, a 
następnie podeprzyj pupę dziecka. 

Naciągnij drugą część chusty kawałek 
po kawałku, aby tkanina ściśle otuliła 
dziecko. 

Poprowadź ten koniec chusty pod swoim ramieniem do 
tyłu i przykryj chustą dół podkolanowy dziecka.

THE SIMPLE RUCKSACK-CARRY

AGE: the baby must be able to hold its head erect

Stand facing the child between the wrap ends. 
Make sure that the ends of the wrap that reach 
the floor are completely separated (not twisted 
with each other).
Then, while crossing your hands hold the baby 
firmly and safely under its armpits together 
with the edges of the wrap.

Lay the baby on a safe place across 
the wrap around the middle of the 
wrap's length. The upper edge of the 
wrap should be under the baby's 
head.

Leaning slightly forward, carefully lift the baby with 
the wrap and move them together onto your back. 
The following actions should be carried out with 
your back straight and leaning forward. Until you 
gain experience, the wrap can also be tied while 
sitting on a soft sofa.

While holding the baby's arm and the wrap with one hand, crease the lower edge of the 
wrap so that it reaches down to the baby's knee pits. Your child's head should be at your 
neck level or slightly higher. The fabric should be spread smoothly on the baby's back, with 
excess fabric gathered between the baby's bottom and knee pits.

While holding the baby's arm with one hand, 
put one end of the wrap over your shoulder. 
Then, holding your child with the other hand, 
put the other end of the wrap over your other 
shoulder

With your free hand, hold part of the 
wrap between your knees, then support 
the baby's bottom.

Gradually tighten the other part of 
the wrap, so as to wrap the baby 
snugly.

Lead this end of the wrap under your arm to the back and 
cover the baby's knee pit with the wrap.

Before you wrap this carry, please read special rules for carrying your baby on your back on page 5. It is recommended that you practice this carry with a 
help of another person.
