D) CHRONOGRAPH RESET
This procedure should be performed when the chronograph second hand
does not return to the "0" position after the chronograph has been reset.
This should also be performed after the battery has been replaced.
- Unscrew the crown and pull it out to the second position.
- Press button "A" to set the chronograph second hand to the "0" position.
- Press button "B" to set the chronograph 1/20 second hand to the "0"
position.
- The chronograph hands can be advanced rapidly by continuously
pressing buttons "A" or "B."
- Once the hands have been zeroed, reset the time and return the crown to
its normal position and screw down.
- Press button "B" to check that the chronograph hands are reset to the "0"
position.
* Do not return the crown to the normal position while the chronograph
second hand and 1/20 chronograph second hand are returning to the "0"
position. Each hand will stop as soon as the crown is returned to the
normal position, and this position will be recognized as the "0" position.
