32. Install the USB-6363 onto the left-side TRC bracket, if present.

Screw in the two screws on the top retention bracket using the #2 Phillips screwdriver.

Connect the VHDCI cables to the USB-6363.

Connect the power cable to the USB-6363.
33. Sit the left and right panels back into the test rack.
34. Turn the two quarter-turn locks on the left and right panels of the test rack using the flathead screwdriver.

(ECUTS-16001) Replacing the SLSC Chassis

1.
Power off the ECUTS-16001
2.
Open the rear cabinet door.
3.
Disconnect the cables from the SLSC instruments.
4.
Remove the four screws from each panel above the mass interconnect using the #2 Phillips screwdriver.
5.
Turn the four quarter-turn locks on the left and right panels of the test rack using the flathead screwdriver.
6.
Remove the left and right panels of the test rack.
7.
Disconnect the USB-6363 cables from the right-side bracket of the test rack.
a)
Disconnect the VHDCI cables from the USB-6363.
b)
Disconnect the power cable from the USB-6363.
c)
Remove the two screws on the USB-6363 top retention bracket using the #2 Phillips screwdriver.
d)
Remove the USB-6363 from the test rack.
e)
Remove the two screws on the USB-6363 bottom retention bracket using the #2 Phillips screwdriver.
f)
Remove the bottom retention bracket from the test rack.

Locate the auxiliary power supply bracket on the left side of the test rack.
9.
Remove the PXIe-4112 auxiliary power supplies.
a)
Disconnect the output connectors from the PXIe-4112.
b)
Remove the auxiliary power input connector from the PXIe-4112.
c)
Remove the AC power cable from the auxiliary power supply.
10. Remove the screws securing the PXIe-4112 auxiliary power supply bracket to the test rack using the #2 Phillips screwdriver.
11. Remove PXIe-4112 auxiliary power supply bracket.
12. Remove the two filler panels above the mass interconnect by unscrewing the screws with the #2 Phillips screwdriver.
13. Loosen the screws securing the mass interconnect to the test rack using the #2 Phillips screwdriver.
14. Slide the mass interconnect out from the test rack.
15. Disconnect the VDHCI connectors from the Rear Transition Interfaces (RTIs) on the back of the SLSC chassis.
16. Disconnect the single-pin connectors from the RTIs on the back of the SLSC chassis.
17. Disconnect the power connector and ethernet cable from the rear of the SLSC chassis.
18. Disconnect the ground lug from the rear of the SLSC chassis using the #2 Phillips screwdriver.
19. While supporting the SLSC chassis, remove the screws securing the SLSC chassis to the ECUTS-16001 using the #2 Phillips screwdriver.
20. Slide the chassis out the left side of the ECUTS-16001.
21. Slide the replacement chassis into the left side of the ECUTS-16001.
22. Screw in the screws securing the SLSC chassis to the ECUTS-16001 using the #2 Phillips screwdriver.
23. Connect the power connector and ethernet cable to the rear of the SLSC chassis.
24. Connect the single-pin connectors to the RTIs on the back of the SLSC chassis.
25. Connect the VDHCI connectors to the RTIs on the back of the SLSC chassis.
26. Connect the ground lug to the rear of the SLSC chassis using the #2 Phillips screwdriver.
27. Slide the mass interconnect into the test rack.
28. Tighten the screws securing the mass interconnect to the test rack using the #2 Phillips screwdriver.
29. Replace each filler panel above the mass interconnect.
30. Screw in the four filler panel screws on each filler panel using the #2 Phillips screwdriver.
31. Connect the cables to the SLSC instruments.
