Remove the four screws from the 3U filler panel below the mass interconnect using the #2 Phillips screwdriver.

Remove the filler panel.
4.
Turn the four quarter-turn locks on the left and right panels of the test rack using the flathead screwdriver.
5.
Remove the left and right panels of the test rack.
6.
Disconnect the AC power cables and inhibit cables from the PDU.
7.
Remove the screws securing the PDU front brackets to the test rack using the #2 Phillips screwdriver and remove the front brackets.
8.
Remove the two screws securing each side of the two pieces of the PDU rear brackets together using the #2 Phillips screwdriver.
9.
Remove the four black screws from each side of the front rack mount bracket on both sides of the PDU using the #1 Phillips screwdriver.
10. Remove the rack mount bracket.
11. Remove the four screws securing the PDU rack mount ears to the test rack using the #2 Phillips screwdriver.
12. Remove the PDU rack mount ears.
13. Slide the PDU out the rear of the test rack.
14. Install the PDU rack mount ears using the #1 Phillips screwdriver.
15. Screw in the four screws securing the PDU rack mount ears to the test rack using the #2 Phillips screwdriver.
16. Screw in the two screws securing the two pieces of each side of the PDU rear rack mount bracket from the rack mount bracket on both
sides of the PDU using the #2 Phillips screwdriver.
17. Connect the AC power cables and inhibit cables from the PDU.
18. Sit the left and right panels back into the test rack.
19. Turn the four quarter-turn locks on the left and right panels of the test rack using the flathead screwdriver.
20. Replace the filler panel below the mass interconnect.
21. Screw in the four filler panel screws on the filler panel using the #2 Phillips screwdriver.
(ECUTS-16001) Replacing the Upper PDU

1.
Power off the ECUTS-16001.
2.
Fold down the keyboard tray.
3.
Remove the screws from the filler panels between the mass interconnect and EPO panel.
4.
Remove the screws from the keyboard tray using the #2 Phillips screwdriver.
5.
Remove the filler panels above the mass interconnect and keyboard tray.
6.
Turn the four quarter-turn locks on the left and right panels of the test rack using the flathead screwdriver.
7.
Remove the left and right panels of the test rack.
8.
Disconnect the AC power cables and inhibit cables from the PDU.
9.
Loosen the DC power screw terminals using the flathead screwdriver.
10. Remove the DC power cables.
11. Remove the two screws securing each side of the two pieces of the PDU rear brackets together using the #2 Phillips screwdriver.
12. Turn the four quarter-turn locks on the left and right panels of the test rack using the flathead screwdriver.
13. Remove the left and right panels of the test rack.
14. Remove the four screws attaching the PDU rack mount ears to the rack using the #2 Phillips screwdriver.
15. Disconnect the VHDCI, USB, and power cables from the USB-6363, if present.
16. Disconnect the TRC cables from the PXIe-8510.
17. Disconnect the transceivers from the D-sub cables to the mass interconnect.
18. Unscrew the four screws mounting the TRC mounting bracket to the right side of the test rack.
19. Remove the TRC bracket.
20. Lift the PDU over the side structural bar of the rack cabinet and slide it out the right side of the rack.
21. Slide the replacement PDU into the right side of the rack and drop it into place.
22. Screw in the two screws securing the two pieces of each side of the PDU rear rack mount bracket from the rack mount bracket on both
sides of the PDU using the #2 Phillips screwdriver.
23. Screw in the four screws securing the PDU rack mount ears to the test rack using the #2 Phillips screwdriver.
24. Connect the PDU AC power cables and inhibit cables to the PDU.
25. Connect the DC power cables to the PDU screw terminals using the flathead screwdriver.
26. Attach the TRC bracket to the right side of the rack using four screws and the #2 Phillips screwdriver.
27. Connect the transceivers to the PXIe-8510.
