28. Connect the power connector to the inside of the PEP.
29. Connect the Molex connector to the inside of the PEP.
30. Connect the ethernet cable to the inside of the PEP.
31. Place the PEP into the test rack.
32. Screw in the screws securing the PEP to the test rack using the #2 Phillips screwdriver.
33. Screw in the screws securing the USB ports to the PEP using the #2 Phillips screwdriver.
34. Connect the AC power cable, ethernet cable, and USB cable to the PEP.
35. Insert the ground cable into the PEP.
36. Torque the ground cable nut to the PEP using the adjustable wrench to 1.29 N · m (11.5 lb · in.).
37. Place the fan plate on the top of the test rack.
38. Screw in the #4-40 standoff screws to the safety shutoff thermostats using the hex driver.
39. Connect the fan assembly power supply cables to the WAGO nuts.
40. Screw in the six screws to the top of the fan plate using the #1 Phillips screwdriver.
41. Place the monitor arm into the monitor mount.
42. Tighten the set screw on the monitor arm using the hex driver.
43. Attach the cable gland and accompanying cables to the fan panel.
44. Connect the cables to the monitor.
(ECUTS-16001) Replacing the EPO Panel

Power off the ECUTS-16001.
2.
Fold down the keyboard tray.
3.
Remove the filler panels between the keyboard tray and the EPO panel (U23-U25) by unscrewing the screws using the #2 Phillips
screwdriver.
4.
Unplug the mouse and keyboard from the PXI controller and set them aside.
5.
Unplug the USB cables routed from the PEP (blue cables) from the PXI controller.
6.
Remove the keyboard tray by unscrewing the 4 screws that hold it to the tester using a #2 Phillips screwdriver.
7.
Remove the two filler panels beneath the keyboard tray by unscrewing the screws securing them to the tester using the #2 Phillips
screwdriver.
8.
Unplug the molex connector labeled EDR from the front of the PDU that runs from the EPO panel to the PDU.
9.
Remove the ground cable nut from the PEP using the adjustable wrench.
10. Remove the ground cable from the PEP.
11. Disconnect the facility AC power cable, ethernet cable, and USB cable from the PEP.
12. Disconnect the internal ground from the PEP grounding plate using the #1 Phillips screwdriver.
13. Remove the PEP from the test rack.
14. Remove the EPO panel.
15. Insert the replacement EPO panel.
16. Replace the screws to the EPO panel using the #2 Phillips screwdriver.
17. Connect the cable labeled EDR to the PDU.
18. Connect the power connectors to the inside of the PEP.
19. Connect the internal ground cable to the PEP grounding plate using the #1 Phillips screwdriver.
20. Connect the Molex connector from the replacement EPO panel to the inside of the PEP.
21. Connect the ethernet cable to the inside of the PEP.
22. Place the PEP into the test rack.
23. Screw in the screws securing the PEP to the test rack using the #2 Phillips screwdriver.
24. Connect the facility AC power cable, ethernet cable, and USB cable to the PEP.
25. Attach the ground cable to the PEP ground lug.
26. Torque the ground cable nut to the PEP using the adjustable wrench to 1.29 N · m (11.5 lb · in.).
27. Plug the USB cables from the inside of the PEP to the PXI controller.
28. Plug in the keyboard and mouse to the PXI controller.
