Move aside the fan plate to expose the top of the test rack.

Disconnect the fan assembly power supply cables from the WAGO nuts.
9.
Remove the #4-40 standoff screws from the safety shutoff thermostats using the hex driver.
10. Remove the fan plate from the test rack.
11. Place the replacement fan plate on the top of the test rack.
12. Screw in the #4-40 standoff screws to the safety shutoff thermostats using the hex driver.
13. Connect the fan assembly power supply cables to the WAGO nuts.
14. Screw in the six screws to the top of the fan plate using the #1 Phillips screwdriver.
15. Place the monitor arm into the monitor mount.
16. Tighten the set screw on the monitor arm using the hex driver.
17. Attach the cable gland and accompanying cables to the fan panel.
18. Connect the cables to the monitor.
(ECUTS-16001) Replacing the Test Rack Panel Fans

Power off the ECUTS-16001.
2.
Remove the six screws on the fan plate using the #1 Phillips screwdriver.
3.
Move aside the fan plate to expose the top of the test rack.
4.
Disconnect the fan assembly power supply cables from the WAGO nuts.
5.
Remove the #4-40 screws from the safety shutoff thermostats using the #2 Phillips screwdriver.
6.
Remove the fan plate from the test rack.
7.
Remove the #4-40 jackscrews from the underside of the fan panel.
8.
Install the #4-40 jackscrews in the replacement fan panel.
9.
Place the replacement fan plate on the top of the test rack.
10. Replace the safety shutoff thermostats on the new fan panel using the #4-40 screws and the #2 Phillips screwdriver.
11. Screw in the #4-40 standoff screws to the safety shutoff thermostats using the hex driver.
12. Connect the fan assembly power supply cables to the WAGO nuts.
13. Screw in the six screws to the top of the fan plate using the #1 Phillips screwdriver.
(ECUTS-16000) Replacing the RMX Electronic Load Devices

1.
Power off the ECUTS-16000.
2.
Remove the four screws from the rear air filter using the #2 Phillips screwdriver.
3.
Remove the rear air filter from the ECUTS-16000.
4.
Remove the two screws securing the filter mounting frame to the test rack using the #2 Phillips screwdriver.
5.
Remove the filter panel mounting frame.
6.
While supporting the PEP, remove the four screws from the PEP using the #2 Phillips screwdriver.
7.
Partially slide the PEP out from the ECUTS-16000.
8.
Disconnect the ethernet cable, AC power cable, and USB cable from the rear of the PEP.
9.
Disconnect the ethernet cable, the Molex connector, and the power connector from the inside of the PEP.
10. Remove the PEP.
11. Flip open the load module cable cover on the front of the RMX load module.
12. Remove the cable screws on the RMX load modules using the #2 Phillips screwdriver.
13. Disconnect the power supply connector from the RMX load module.
14. Depress the spring retention using the flathead screwdriver and remove the sense wire. Record where each wire connects.
15. Disconnect the interlock connector, ethernet jack connection, and AC power cable from the RMX load module.
16. Loosen the screw at the bottom of the RMX load module using the flathead screwdriver.
17. Slide the RMX load module out of the ECUTS-16000.
