PXI
The PXI instrumentation in the ECUTS includes a PXI Chassis, a PXIe-8861 Controller, and user-configured PXI modular instruments.
Programmable Power Supplies
The ECUTS includes up to eight rack-mount RMX-410x programmable power supplies. Power supplies can be powered by a secondary PDU.
The following figure displays the IP address assigned to each power supply according to its location in the test rack.

(ECUTS-16000) Rack Mount Electronic Loads
The ECUTS-16000 includes one electronic load mainframe and up to four RMX-4003 or RMX-4005 electronic load devices.
The IP address assigned to the electronic load instrumentation is 169.254.160.30.
Power Distribution Unit
The ECUTS-16000 contains one power distribution unit (PDU) that takes input power and distributes AC and DC power to the ECUTS-16000
components.
The ECUTS-16001 contains two PDUs. One PDU takes input power and distributes AC and DC power to the ECUTS-16001 components, and
the second PDU takes power and distributes AC power to the ECUTS-16001 components.
Both ECUTS models use a single-phase PDU that supports global voltages (200 V to 240 V; 50 Hz to 60 Hz) and has a 20 A (IEC C19) input
connector that cables directly to the PEP. The eight standard AC sockets on the PDU are allocated in a specific configuration to power the
internal components of the ECUTS and balance the power loads.
SLSC
The load-switching instrumentation in the ECUTS includes up to twelve switch load signal conditioning (SLSC) fault insertion units (FIU) that
provide high-current switching and current measurement. Refer to the SLSC-12251 and SLSC-12252 User Manual to learn more about SLSC
capabilities, including routing information and supported signal bandwidth.
The ECUTS supports the following:
