Pump Rebuilding

1� Clean off the exterior of the pump

2� Remove the oil line guard� 

Disconnect all oil lines feeding 

from the oil pump 

  Uninstall the oil pump from the 

rear bearing cover�

3� Remove the four (4) bolts that 

hold the rear bearing cover to 

the rear endplate and note that 

the wave spring seal is to be 

re-used�
