3.3 Description of Functions
The
Natura
®
water dispenser units are made for:
a)
WATER TREATMENT
The Treatment Phase (Diagram 1)
Water is filtered and disinfected through an organic component purification system. Chlorine,
organic and inorganic chemical compounds, which are often found in wells and water
aqueducts, are filtered out by the sediment and carbon filters and finally Nano Ceram .
b)
CARBONATION
The Carbonation Phase (Diagram 3)
After water treatment phase, the water is pushed into a small stainless steel cylindrical tank
by a high pressure pump, causing the water to mix with the CO
2
by means of a percolation
process called the “venture effect”.
In this process, the water absorbs CO
2
and becomes
carbonated.
