Green LED Descriptors
On the user access panel there can be seen a series of
green LED’s, these are used to show information about the
power systems inside the ZephIR. The image below shows
the LED’s and also a description of what each one means
in normal operation of the ZephIR.
A5 Supply
An5v supply
A12 Supply
An12v supply
B Supply
Battery supply from the battery pod
C Supply
Clean +12v supply
D Supply
Dirty +15v supply
Note : When the unit is powered up the B, C and D supply
LEDs will illuminate first followed by the A5 and A12
approx 5secs later.
Red LED Descriptors
On the user access panel there can be seen a series of
red LED’s, these are used to show information about how
the system is running and also show if there are any faults
with the unit. The image below shows the LED’s and also
a description of what each one means in normal operation
of the ZephIR.
Status
1Hz flashing, confidence indicator shows the system is
running.
Command
On = Laser not emitting
Off = Laser emitting
Temp ° OOR [Outside Operating Range]
On = Pod temperature is out of recommended operating
temperature:
Flash once, off once = Electronics Pod
Flash twice, off twice = Battery Pod
Flash four times, off four times = Optics Pod
N.B. If more than one pod is OOR, then a combination of
these patterns will occur

On = Laser Interlock fired
