Intended Users and Patient Target Group:
The Analog Output Box and Cable is intended for use by skilled physicians and technologists trained in the
specialty of Electrodiagnostic testing.
The target patient population is the pediatric and adult patient population that requires Electrodiagnostic
testing.
Clinical Benefits:
There are no clinical benefits associated with the EDX Analog Output Box and Cable.
Contraindications and Side Effects:
There are no known contraindications or side effects for procedures performed when using the Analog
Output Box and Cable.
Operating Instructions:
1. Connect one end of the Analog Output Box Cable to the Analog Output Box, and the other end to the
Analog Out connector of the EDX device.
2. Connect external equipment to one or more of the 8 BNC connectors on the Analog Output Box using
a BNC cable (not provided).
Cleaning Instructions:
1. Clean with a commercial wipe such as CaviWipes
TM
or Sani-Cloth
®
to remove visible soil.
2. Using a lint-free cloth dampened with tap water, wipe the article.
3. Dry the article using a lint-free cloth and air dry.
