1. Locate an optimal location to place the range hood. Drill two
holes with diameter not exceeding 5/8” (16 mm).
2. Insert two toggle bolts then fasten two 4 mm X 16 mm tapping
screws. Be sure to use appropriate anchors for your wall.
3. Hang the hood from the brackets through the rectangular
cut-outs on the back of the hood. Cut-outs are larger than the
brackets to allow for horizontal adjustment. The bottom of the
hood should be 28” to 31” above the cooking surface.
4. Tighten the screws to the end to maintain the range hood in
place.
5. Install the duct set using six 4 mm X 16 mm tapping screws,
then install aluminum duct tube.
6. Connect the duct tube to the exterior exhaust system. Make
sure all joints are secured and air tight. Use of duct tape is
recommended.
7. Place upper chimney and lower chimney over the body of the
hood as shown in figure 4. Slide up the upper duct cover to

wards the chimney mounting bracket. Use four 4 mm X 10 mm
tapping screws to secure the upper chimney onto the chimney
mounting bracket. Finally secure the lower chimney to the hood
body by using two 4mm X 10mm tapping screws.
Note: Some parts are already assembled, therefore the number
of parts may differ.
EXCESSIVE WEIGHT
Require three or more persons to move and install
this range hood. Spinal or other bodily injuries could
occur if this is not followed.
