Removed ‘state=”private” ’ attribute from all samples. The default is
private speaker vs. public speaker so this is not needed nor is it
supported. It is ignored if included.

Updated the device orientation script information on pages 12-13.
Previously the script was appended. Now its inclusion and location
are configurable through the use of the Device Orientation feature
CD.

Added instruction to create any directory that you need that does not
already exist on page 29.
