Safety instructions
This laptop lock is intended for use on USB sockets according to USB specification. The
function may be restricted in the case of special designs of USB socket.
Lay the cable of the laptop lock so that it does not pose a trip hazard or block escape
routes. We strongly recommend to notice the changed combination and keeping it in a
safe place.

costs resulting from loss/forgetting the number combination.
The USB port on the devices is sensitive and can be damaged if the lock is pulled. We
do not assume any liability or warranty for this either.
Changing the numerical code
1.
Press a screwdriver into the reset key and turn it clockwise by 90°.
2.
Now set your combination and turn the reset key back counterclockwise by 90°. The
combination is set.
Installation
1.
Tie the cable around an object, such as a table leg, and pass the lock through the
loop.
2.
Press and hold the button above the lock and plug it into your existing USB Type-A
port. After that, you can release the button again. Please pay attention to the correct
direction, otherwise the mechanism will not engage (see picture).
3.
Now the lock is locked.
4.
Mix the numbers and remember
your numerical code for unlocking.
5.
To unlock, set your numerical code
and press the button. Then you
can carefully remove the lock from
the USB socket.

Dieses Notebookschloss ist zur Verwendung an USB-Buchsen nach USB-Spezifikation
vorgesehen. Bei Sonderbauformen der USB-Buchse kann die Funktion eingeschränkt
sein.
Verlegen Sie das Kabel des Notebookschlosses so, dass es keine Stolpergefahr darstellt
oder Fluchtwege blockiert.
Wir empfehlen ausdrücklich, die geänderte Kombination zu notieren und an einem
sicheren Ort zu verwahren.

Zahlenkombination entstehen.
Die USB Buchse bei den Geräten ist empfindlich und kann beschädigt werden,
wenn am Schloss gezogen wird. Auch hierfür übernehmen wir keinerlei Haftung oder
Gewährleistung.
Zahlencode ändern
1.
Drücken Sie einen Schraubendreher in die Reset-Taste und drehen Sie sie um 90°
im Uhrzeigersinn.
2.
Stellen Sie nun Ihre Kombination ein und drehen Sie die Reset-Taste um 90° gegen
den Uhrzeigersinn zurück. Die Kombination ist eingestellt.
Installation
1.
Binden Sie das Kabel um einen Gegenstand, wie z. B. Tischbein und führen Sie das
Schloss durch die Schlaufe.
2.
Drücken und halten Sie den Knopf oberhalb des Schlosses und stecken es an Ihren
vorhandenen USB Typ-A Port ein. Danach können Sie den Knopf wieder loslassen.
Achten Sie bitte auf die korrekte Richtung, da der Mechanismus sonst nicht greift
(siehe Abbildung).
3.
Nun ist das Schloss verriegelt.
4.
Mixen Sie die Zahlen durch und merken Sie sich Ihren Zifferncode zum Entriegeln.
5.
Zum Entriegeln stellen Sie Ihren Zifferncode ein und drücken den Knopf.
Anschließend können Sie das Schloss vorsichtig aus der USB Buchse entfernen.
