2.5.3 Pulse frequency sensors connection
Сonnecting frequency or pulse sensors, it is necessary to consider how the output signal is generated in these
sensors. Further setting of the input depends on this.
It is necessary to set the threshold level of fixation correctly, in order the device correctly determine the
frequency or calculate the pulses.
Connecting pulse or frequency sensors, the output of which is implemented according to the “open collector”
(OC) circuit with pull-up resistor, it is not necessary to turn on the Pull-UP circuit in the device by the setting.

When pulse flow meters with a reed sensor is connected, one contact of which is connected to the ground, it
is necessary to include an internal pull-up resistor in the device setup.
