4. Wrap labels around the blue label press bar and
over the rewinding shaft in an “S” pattern when
labels feed from left or in a “Z” pattern when labels
feed from right.
2. Plug power adapter into rewinder and working
outlet.
Do not
turn on. Press the feed button of
printer to extend labels 10-14 inches.
Setup
1. Place label rewinder parallel to printer with 5 inch
minimum distance. Confirm printer to rewind and
label rewinding shaft are in a straight line.
3. Turn the lock ring knob counterclockwise to
remove and slide off front label stop plate. Pull
paper clip from end of label rewinding shaft to
remove. Set both aside.
5. Secure labels to label rewinding shaft with
cardboard core or paper clip option.
A. Cardboard Core Option
•
Slide cardboard core on label rewinding shaft verifying
tight fit. Use core adapters, if needed. Use a piece of
tape or remove the first label and use to affix labels to
cardboard core.
B. Paper Clip Option
•
Extend labels 1" over label rewinding shaft, pinch to
hold label in place. Line up paper clip with grooves
on end of label rewinding shaft. Slide paper clip over
labels and pinch slightly to press paper clip into 2 holes
on back label stop plate.
