The following rules apply to installing

It makes no difference which pair of slots is used as the first pair of slots
and which is used as the second.

You can intermix fast-page mode and
EDO
SIMM
s. You will always get
fast-page mode performance.
See Table 5-1 for the allowable configuration of the two pair of slots.
