When an application uses UDP 3000 port, adding 4bytes of Sequence Number before
command is required.
e.g) Flash Firmware version command, send xxh xxh xxh xxh 1Dh 49h 40h A3h.
“
xxh xxh xxh xxh“ is Sequence Number. The printer returns the response with the same
Sequence Number.
