Appendix B: Feature Kits
Setting Up the PCMCIA Modem
For 7401s with the Pentium III/Celeron running Windows NT, the
following two options show how the system can be configured and
what peripherals can be attached.
Set-Up Option 1
Set the modem is to use IRQ5 and I/O Address 3E8. This option gives
the user access to COM1 and COM2 (for use of scanner and printer),
MSR, Disk-On-Chip, and Parallel Port. Onboard LAN boot is the only
option disabled.
