Troubleshooting
•
To verify the console correctly responds to notifications, dial the console from any terminal
program and when connected enter the string “NCR SM: ECODE=000 Modem Ph#000-
0000<cr>“ then hang up. If configured to do so, the console will display a dialog box with
the information and the information will be logged in the Systems Application Event log.

Invalid paging service phone number for numeric paging
