To access information about your system from the NCS website go to: http://www.ncst.
com.
If you have any specific questions about your system, contact NCS Customer Service at 1
(888) RING NCS (746-4627). NCS Customer Service is available Monday through Friday,
8 a.m. to 6 p.m. eastern time. If you call after 6 p.m. or before 8 a.m., your call will be redi-
rected to a 24 hour support line that will process your request. A customer service repre-
sentative will then call you back as soon as possible during business hours.
