Presence and Ready indication
It is possible to record when and for how long time the personnel are visiting the
user. The personnel then have to make a
Presence
indication when they arrive
and a
Ready
indication when they leave the user. NEO IP/GSM will then call the
alarm receiver and transfer the information. When NEO IP/GSM is in
Presence
mode, all three LEDs on the front will flash.
A
Presence
indication can be done by using the
Extra button
button or by using the button pattern described below. By using the pattern be
-
low, involuntary indications will be eliminated.

Sending a manual test alarm
If first the green
Reset button
and then the red
Alarm button
are pressed and
held for four seconds, the unit will beep shortly and initiate test alarm transmis
-
sion. The red
Alarm button
starts to blink and blinks as long as the test alarm is
not sent. A test alarm is silent and automatic and will not interact with the user.
