With the items
New

Select default directory...
enables the user to customize the default directory
for the configuration files.

should be the default when
New

The configuration files can be read from/written to the NEO IP/GSM in two ways;
•
Locally to/from the computer with the NPU connected directly to the unit
• Via NEAT Web Service (requires that the NPU is connected to a computer and
the computer has access to a LAN/WAN)
8.4.1 Read from NEO IP/GSM
1. Ensure the NEO IP/GSM is connected to the NPU.
2. Select the menu item (or use the keyboard shortcut CRTL+R) to read the con-
figuration from the NEO IP/GSM.
3.
After a succesful read, a pop up windows says “Read complete” and it will also
be visible in the lower left corner of the Programmer window.
8.4.2 Write to NEO IP/GSM
1. Ensure the NEO IP/GSM is connected to the NPU.
2. Select the menu item (or use the keyboard shortcut CRTL+W) to write the
configuration to the NEO IP/GSM.
3.
After a succesful write read, an information pop up windows confirms the
writing and it will also be visible in the lower left corner of the Programmer
window.
4.
Restart the unit after writing a configuration.
