1705 - PMDU Modem Initialization
Description
Using the modem configuration defined in Program 1201 - DCI Setup
(such as the number of data bits [Item 21, Register 65] and parity
[Item 22, Register 65] and defining the LAPB timers [Items 27-31,
Internal Calls, Register 1-5 and Items 6-10, External Calls, Register 6-
10]), Program 1705 - PMDU Modem Initialization allows you to
choose a configuration for a DCI. For each modem number (1-16
available), in Program 1705 enter the DCI modem type you pro-
grammed in Program 1201.

Default Setting
Modem Type 1 selected for all modems.

To enter data for Program 1705 (PMDU Modem Initialization
Type):
1. Enter the programming mode.
2. 1705 + HOLD.
Modem No?
3. Enter the number of the modem you want to program (1-16) +
HOLD
Modem_xx:1
The previously programmed value displays.
4. Enter the DCI modem type you programmed in Program 1201
(01-10) + HOLD
Modem No?
5. Enter the number of another modem (1-16) to program.
OR
HOLD to exit.
