TO MAKE AN INTERNAL CALL
When a dialed station number is registered in Phonebook, the
corresponding name information will be displayed on LCD of the
terminal while you are hearing a ringback tone or are engaged in
a conversation. For more information, contact the system
administrator.

1.
Lift the handset or press the Speaker key, receive
dial tone.
Usually, My Line is seized automatically only by lifting the
handset or pressing the
Speaker
key.
2.
Dial the desired station number. Display
indicates digits dialed.
3.
Use the handset or MIC to start a conversation.
TO ANSWER AN EXTERNAL CALL
When a calling party telephone number is registered in the
Phonebook, the corresponding name information is displayed on
the LCD while you are hearing a ringing tone or are engaged in a
conversation. For more information, contact the system
administrator.
1.
You hear the ringing tone. A call indicator flashes
red while hearing the ring tone.
2.
Press the Answer key or the appropriate Line Key.
3.
Lift the handset to answer the call.
