TO ORIGINATE A CALL USING
SPEED CALLING -
STATION/GROUP
When Redial feature is enabled at installation, Last Number
Redial feature and Speed Calling features using
Left
(Redial) key are not available. For details, contact the system
administrator
.
1.
Press Left (Redial) key.
2.
Press the desired speed calling number.

SPEED CALLING - SYSTEM
To Program Speed Calling
– System Key
(On One-Touch Speed Calling Key)
1.
Press the Feature key.
2.
Press the desired One-Touch Speed Calling key.
The LCD displays previously stored digits.
3.
Dial the
“Speed Calling – System” access code
and the abbreviated call code.
4.
Press the Feature key again.
To Operate from Speed Calling
– System
Key
1.
Press the “Speed Calling – System” key.
2.
If the terminal does not have the “Speed Calling
– System” key, dial the “Speed Calling – System”
access code, then the abbreviated call code.
ONE-TOUCH SPEED CALLING
SETTING USING SPDSET KEY
You can add, edit, or delete a
One-Touch Speed Calling
key
using a programmable Line/Feature key or a
SPDSET
key.
When using a
SPDSET
soft key,
One- Touch Speed Calling
can be set when the terminal in an off-hook state (idle),
otherwise, it is invalid.
■The
SPD setting
key must be programmed by the
Telephony Server administrator on the Programmable
feature key or soft key.
■
“
SPDSET
”
is displayed as the soft key of
SPD setting
feature.
■
During the registration operation, pressing any other
key (
Exit
,
SPDSET
, or
Cancel
) cancels the setting. In
that case, the terminal operates in accordance with the
pressed key.
■
When you receive an incoming call on the
accommodated line while programming the
One-
Touch Speed Calling
key, you can continue with the
programming without answering the call.
However, if you answer the call, the conversation will be
started and the registration operation will be canceled.
■
A new entry overwrites the previously saved phone
number (the existing number temporarily displays when
you try to set a new number).
To Add the One-Touch Speed Calling Key
with SPDSET Key as New Data
1.
Press the SPD setting key.
2.
Press the desired One-Touch Speed Calling key.
3.
Enter the desired phone number (up to 32 digits
can be registered).
4.
Press the Regist soft
key. ”Entry is added!”
message appears for 3 seconds.
To Replace the Existing Data Assigned to
the One-Touch Speed Calling Key with New
Data Using SPDSET Key
1.
Press the SPD setting key.
2.
Press the desired One-Touch Speed Calling key.
3.
The phone number already registered is
displayed. Press Enter key or the Edit soft key.
4.
Enter the desired phone number (Up to 32 digits
can be registered).
5.
Press the Regist key. The LCD displayed for 3
seconds. “Entry is added!”
