CALL FORWARDING -
DON’T
ANSWER
To Set
1.
Press the Speaker key. Receive a dial tone.
2.
If setting for another station, press the
MULTILINE feature key.
3.
Press the Call Forwarding -
Don’t Answer key or
dial “Call Forwarding - Don’t Answer” access
code. Receive a special dial tone.
4.
Dial the destination station or the external
telephone number. Receive a service set tone.
5.
The FDN
key’s LED lights (at your station or at the
terminal of the multiline station you are setting).
6.
Press the
Speaker
key. Call Forwarding -
Don’t
Answer is set.
To Verify
1.
If verifying for another station, press the
MULTILINE feature key while an idle.
2.
Press the Call Forwarding -
Don’t Answer key.
3.
The display indicates the station number calls are
forwarded to.
■The
Call Forwarding
-
Don’t Answer
key must be
programmed by the Telephony Server administrator on the
Programmable feature key or soft key.
■“FDN” is displayed as the soft key of
Call Forwarding -
Don’t Answer
feature.
■Call Forwarding for Busy Line and Don't Answer may be
combined depending upon system programming.
■With soft key operation, the
FDN
key flashes on the display.
To Cancel
1.
Press the Speaker key. Receive a dial tone.
If canceling for another station, press the Manual
Signaling Key feature key.
2.
Press the Call Forwarding -
Don’t Answer key or
dial “Call Forwarding - Don't Answer” cancel
code. Receive a service set tone. LED goes out at
your station (or the multiline station).
3.
Press the Speaker key. Call Forwarding -
Don’t
Answer is canceled.
