CALL WAITING - ORIGINATING
To Program Call Waiting Key (On One -
Touch Speed Calling Key)
1.
Press the Feature key.
2.
Press the desired One-Touch Speed Calling key.
3.
Press the Recall
key, “!” appears on the LCD.
4.
Dial “Call Waiting” feature access code.
5.
Press the Feature key.
To program a hook switch for transfer or feature activation,
press a
Recall
key as first digit. “
!
” displays on LCD.
To Activate Call Waiting - Originating
1.
Dial the desired station number, receive busy
tone.
2.
Press the Call Waiting key.
3.
Receive a special ringback tone.
4.
The call waiting tone is sent to the busy station.
- OR -
1.
Lift the handset or press the Speaker key.
2.
Dial “Call Waiting” access code, receive a dial
tone.
3.
Dial the busy station.
4.
The call waiting tone is sent to the busy station.
■The
Call Waiting
key must be programmed by the
Telephony Server administrator on the Programmable
feature key or soft key.
■“CW” is displayed as the soft key of
Call Waiting
feature.
To Answer a Waiting Call
1.
A Call Waiting Tone is heard.
The display indicates “C WAIT” and the Answer
key flashes.
2.
Press the Answer key.
3.
The waiting call is automatically connected.
The original party is placed on hold.
4.
By repeatedly pressing the Answer key, it is
possible to alternate between calls. The display
indicates the connected station or trunk at any
given time.
To Disconnect
1.
Press the Recall key. The station user is
automatically connected to the original party.
CALL PARK
To Program Call Park Key (On One-Touch
Speed Calling Key)
1.
Press the Feature key.
2.
Press the One-Touch Speed Calling key.
3.
Press the Recall
key. “!” displays on LCD.
4.
Dial “Call Park” access code.
5.
Press the Feature key again.
To Park a Call
1.
While connected to a station or trunk, press the
CALL PARK key.
To Retrieve a Parked Call from Originating
Station
1.
Dial “Call Park” local retrieval code.
2.
The station user is connected to the parked call.
To Retrieve a Parked Call from a Remote
Station
1.
Dial “Call Park” local retrieval code.
2.
The station user is connected to the parked call.
