When
Reminder
function turns on, the Alarm goes off on the set time. However if you confirm the
appointment from the Day screen before the reminder time, the Alarm does not go off. To set it again,
open the entry and set the
Reminder
turns on.

Filter view
: Select the filter type from
Public

key.
Contents*
: Input the contents (up to 150 single-byte
characters) and press the
Enter
key.
Date*
: Input the date and press the
Enter
key.
Reminder
: Turn on this item to remind you of the calendar
entry
and press the
Enter
key.
Alarm
: Select the clock alarm tune you want and press the
Enter
key. You can hear the tune by selecting the tune name
and pressing the
SK1 (Play)
key.
Reminder date
: Select the days before the start date from
0, -
1, -2, -3, -5,
and
-7
. (e.g. Select -3 to notify 3 days before the
start date of the special occasion) Press the
Enter
key.
Reminder time
: Input the time for reminder and press the
Enter
key.

Repeat
: This item is set if the calendar entry is recurring.
Select the cycle to repeat from

Note :
Off
indicates the special occasion item is non-recurring.
Monthly
is used to set a particular date in the month.
An earlier date is set for the month without the date
specified (e.g. When 31 is specified, 28 is set in
February.)
Yearly
is used to set a particular date in the year.
An earlier date is set for the year without the date
specified (e.g. When February 29 is specified for 2004,
February 28 is set in 2005.)

End the setting
Press the
SK1 (OK)
key to end the editing. The
Calendar
screen shows all entries set for the selected date.
