Refresh the battery once a year. The battery is not refreshed automatically except for the first time.

When starting manual Rebuild on LSI Embedded MegaRAID system, the rebuild status in RAID Viewer of
Universal RAID Utility does not change.

When starting Rebuild manually from Universal RAID Utility on LSI Embedded MegaRAID system,
sometimes the rebuild status in RAID Viewer may not change. In that case, you have to execute Rescan
from RAID Viewer and then the status will change. In addition, the Rebuild will be completed
successfully even though you do not execute Rescan.

When starting manual Rebuild on LSI Embedded MegaRAID system, the events of starting Rebuild are not
logged on Log Viewer of Universal RAID Utility and system event log.

When starting Rebuild from Universal RAID Utility on LSI Embedded MegaRAID system, the events of
starting Rebuild are not logged on Log Viewer of Universal RAID Utility and system event log. In that
case, you can confirm the RAID status from RAID Viewer. If it is in Rebuild status, it means that Rebuild
is started. If the status is not in rebuild, execute Rescan from RAID Viewer and then it will move to
Rebuild status.

Are cables properly connected?

Make sure that the interface cables and power cord are properly connected. Also make sure that the
cables are connected in the correct order.
Is the power-on order correct?

When the server has any external devices connected, power on the external devices first, then the
server.
Have you installed drivers for connected optional devices?
→
Refer to the manual that comes with the device to install its driver.
Are optional board settings correct?
→
Refer to the manual that comes with the board for details to specify I/O port address, and other settings.
