Have you completed protocol and services settings?

Make sure that the network driver for the server has been installed and the network protocol (such as
TCP/IP) or services have been properly specified.
Are transfer rate settings correct?

Make sure that the transfer rate and duplex mode are the same as those of the connecting hubs.
