PCI board
The device is equipped with “Riser Cards (3 types)” to which a PCI board can be fit, “LOM Card dedicated Slot”
to which an LOM Card can be fit, and “RAID Controller dedicated Slot” to which a RAID controller can be fit. 8
full-height PCI boards can be fit to riser card, one LOM card can be fitted to LOM Card dedicated Slot, and one
RAID Controller can be fit to RAID Controller dedicated Slot. (In total, 10 PCI boards can be installed.) Before
installing an option, prepare the followings.
Important To avoid static electricity, see Chapter 1 (1.8 Anti-static Measures) in Safety
Precautions ans Regulatory Notices.Ask your sales representative if you want
to remove the TPM kit.
Note
In order to prevent the damage to server's main body or the expansion board,
please remove all the AC power cables before removing/installing riser card.
All slots support full-height PCI cards. Use the PCI card length according to the table below.
