5. Checking Disabled Parts
1) Start the WEB Console to be checked. Click
“Fault Information”
on the left menu and
check the status of each part on the
Fault Information
screen. When a scroll bar is
displayed, drag the scroll box to confirm the status of all parts.
The following is an example of the Server WEB Console:

Transition to OK
indicates that there is no problem.
Transition to Non-Critical from
OK
and
Transition to Critical
indicate that a failure was found in the part.
2) Read the information and collect data from the
Fault Information
screen as necessary.
Since textual data on the disabled parts cannot be copied, take a screen shot ([Alt+Print
Screen]) or write the information down. (For Collecting Logs described in the next
procedure.)
3) On the
Fault Information
screen, click
“Enabled”
/
“Disabled”
to go to the
Enable/Disable
Components
screen and confirm the
Enabled
or
Disabled
status of the parts. Confirm if
there is any part that is not intended to be removed (Disabled). When a scroll bar is
displayed, drag the scroll box to confirm the status of all the parts, but avoid selecting
Enabled
and
Disabled
at this time.
