To synchronize the system disk, use the same process but locate the CPU-I/O enclosure bay that indicates
Unconfigured System Disk in Step 3.
While the disks are re-synchronizing, LEDs blink to indicate read and write operations, and in the details pane
for the disk,
ftSMC
displays a value of
Syncing
next to
OpState: State
.
To view the progress of the synchronization in
ftSMC
, under
ftServer I/O Enclosures
expand
Logical Disk
Information
and select the
virtual disk
.
