Floppy Disk Drive
Your server is not equipped with floppy disk drive. Use the optional USB floppy disk drive if
necessary.
DVD-ROM Drive
Your server is provided with the DVD-ROM drive on its front to read data from a CD/DVD-ROM.
The CD/DVD-ROM provides larger and faster data read than the floppy disk.
CAUTION
Observe the following instructions to use the server safely. Failure to follow
these instructions may cause a fire, personal injury, or property damage. See
pages 1-3 to 1-8 for details.

Do not leave the tray ejected from the DVD-ROM drive.
Setting/Removing the CD/DVD-ROM
1.
Confirm that the power of the server is on (with the POWER lamp being lit) before setting
the CD/DVD-ROM on the DVD-ROM drive.
2.
Press the media tray eject button on the front of the DVD-ROM drive. The tray comes out.
Put the CD/DVD-ROM on the tray carefully and securely with the label facing upward.
