Event Log Output by Inventory Service
If the service cannot get information from the system, it will list the following messages in the
system event log.
The following messages will also appear if the SNMP community name in not “public.”
If the following event log messages are listed, you need to restart Inventory Service.
However, even if you restart the service, device configuration, monitoring will not be performed,
provided the SNMP community name in not “public.”
When the following messages are listed, change detection will not be notified even if changes have
been made to the device configuration.

Floppy Disk Drive Name
After unplugging and plugging the Core I/O of the primary side, the floppy disk drive name of [I/O
Device] on Data Viewer may be different from the name that is recognized by the OS.
(Example: drive name on Data Viewer: “A”
drive name recognized by the OS: “B”)
Check the floppy disk drive name on Explorer.
