Click [Volume] tab to see the volumes in the disk where the failure occurred.

Locate the failed disk and remove it from the slot.
For procedures to locate failed disks, see “How to Locate Failed Disks” above.
3.
Erase stripe volume mirrors on [Unknown Disk].
After selecting Volume (E:) on [Unknown Disk], right-click a mirror with “x” on [Mirror]
tab and select [Erase Mirror].
When a confirmation message appears, click [Yes].
After you erase the mirrors, Volumes (E:) in Disks 4 and 5 change from “Degenerate” to
“Normal” dynamic stripe volume.
