Failed to get RAID configuration data.
Unable to create a logical drive.
EXPRESSBUILDER cannot start if the logical drives are not sequential (for example, the server has only
LD#0 and LD#2, and LD#1 is not existed). In order to fix to the sequential drive number, delete the
logical drives by using Universal RAID Utility or RAID Offline Tool, and try again.
