5. If a Remote Management Extended License (*1) is registered, the remote media is added to bootable
devices. The remote media is assigned as follows:

The highest priority within "CD/DVD Priorities" is assigned to AMI Remote CD/DVD device.
•
When
executing
Load Setup Defaults
in
Save & Exit
menu, the highest priority within "CD/DVD
ROM Priorities" is assigned to AMI Remote CD/DVD device.

Tips
•
If
Boot Mode
is set to "UEFI",
HDD Priorities
shows the name registered in the
installed OS. The hard disk model No. may be given for the
HDD Priorities
. The
partition information in which the EFI boot image is stored may be given for
Removable Priorities
.
•
The BIOS registers the device information again, which is displayed in
HDD
Priorities
when the BIOS setting (NVRAM) is cleared if the boot mode is UEFI.
Therefore, the device information may differ from the device information that is
registered by the installation OS. However, the system can be started up without
any problem.
•
If
Boot Mode
is set to "Legacy",
HDD Priorities
shows the model number of the
hard disk drive.
•
Change the bootable device from the SETUP command instead of the Windows
bcdedit.
