Removing the Front Bezel
Remove the front bezel by using the following procedure.
1.
See the steps 1 to 3 in
Chapter 2 (1.2 Overview of Installation and Removal)
for preparations.
2.
Remove the screw.
3.
Place the server in the direction shown in the figure,
and then pull the front bezel slightly toward the front
until the tab can be released from the frame.
Important If you pull the front bezel forward too much, you will break the front bezel.
Gently slide it to prevent damaging the equipment.
4.
Slide the front bezel forward to release the hooks that
engaged with the holes at the front of the server and
take it off the server.
