(2) Error reporting via beep
If POST detects a problem and is unable to display the error message, the beep code sounds instead of
displaying the message.
A beep code is a series of short beeps separated by pauses. For example, "1-3-3-1" indicates one beep, a
pause, three beeps, a pause, three beeps, a pause, and one beep.
The table below shows the beep code, cause, and solution.

No processor in the server.
Make sure that the processor is correctly

Updated BIOS data was detected.
Wait until BIOS update completes.

Reading or running the BIOS executable
module failed.

Remove all the installed PCI boards from the
