in the UltraCare Warranty document shipped with your computer.
If the warranty of your system offers you this possibility, you may want to call the technical support line.
Before doing so:
•
Please be in front of the computer when you call. The Technician you speak with will want to verify
the situation and possibly walk you through some additional trouble shooting to determine exactly
what has happened. Have your telephone next to the computer, so that you can work with the computer
as you are talking to the technician. This will make it much easier to determine the root of the problem.
•
If you have already done some trouble shooting on your own, write down what you have done and give
this information to the Technician. In addition, if you are getting any error messages, write them down,
word for word. The exact wording of an error message can give the Technician vital information on the
nature of the problem.
•
Be prepared to work with the Technicians. They are trained professionals, ready to assist you. They are
well versed in guiding both new and experienced computer users.
