Using Master Mailboxes for UCD Hunting Group Over

Step 1
Assign the UCD Hunting Group over
fl
ow destination.

).

Step 2
Set the UCD Hunting Group over

ow interval.

- When all UCD Hunting Group agents are busy, a call will over

grammed in step 1 after this interval (
1-9999
seconds).

Set up the IntraMail Master Mailbox Options.

8005 - IntraMail Master Mailbox Options:
- Select the Master Mailbox number that corresponds to the UCD Hunting Group you are
programming.
- For example, select Master Mailbox 701 if setting up over

ow for UCD Hunting
Group 701.

By default, UCD Hunting master numbers are 700-707.

- Select the type of Master Mailbox (

ow play an announcement to callers.
